Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of the Shopify app CreatorHub – UGC & Affiliate ("the App") and the website getcreatorhub.app. The App is operated by Tomas Pocak s.p., Slovenia ("we", "us"). By installing the App you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App is software that runs inside your Shopify admin and on your storefront to manage a creator, UGC and affiliate program: applications, invitations, campaigns, discount codes, gifts, content review, sales attribution, commissions and payout records. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time; material changes are announced in the App or by email.
2. Your account and store
You must have a Shopify store and be authorised to install apps for it. You are responsible for the campaigns you create, the rewards you promise to creators, the content you approve and the payouts you make. The App records payouts but does not transfer money.
3. Plans, billing and trial
The Free plan includes up to 5 creators. The Pro plan costs USD 19 per month and includes unlimited creators, with a 14-day free trial. Charges are billed through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can downgrade or uninstall at any time; charges already billed are not refunded except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice in the App.
4. Creators and content
Creators interact with the App through your storefront (application form and portal). You are the controller of their data and the party to any agreement with them. You are responsible for obtaining the rights you need to use the content they submit. We do not claim any rights to creator content; it is stored in your Shopify Files.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to send unsolicited messages, to collect data without a lawful basis, to circumvent Shopify's terms, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment or security reasons.
6. Data and privacy
How the App handles data is described in the privacy policy. We process data on your behalf as a processor under the GDPR and delete store data after uninstall via Shopify's mandatory webhooks.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@getcreatorhub.app, Monday to Friday, CET.
8. Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales attribution, or for the actions of creators or third-party services (Shopify, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Meta). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may terminate these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for breach. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or EU rules that apply to you.
