Getting started

Install the App. A default campaign and the creator metafields are created automatically.
In Settings, set your brand name, contact email, language and portal colors.
Add the Creator application form block to a page in your theme (Online Store → Customize → Apps) and enable the Creator links app embed for referral tracking.
Share the application link or invite creators by email from Creators → Invite.

FAQ

Where do creators submit content?
In the creator portal at /apps/creatorhub/portal on your storefront; they log in with their customer account (email + 6-digit code).

How are sales attributed?
By the creator's personal discount code or the referral link (?ref=) which sets a 30-day first-party cookie.

When are commissions payable?
After the campaign's holding period (default 30 days). You record payouts in the App; the bank transfer is made by you.

Can I change the emails creators receive?
Yes. Every email is an editable template under Settings → Emails, in English and Slovenian.

Can I remove all data?
Uninstalling the App deletes all store data 48 hours later via Shopify's GDPR webhooks.
